To old friends and new acquaintances,
Welcome!
I understand that there are several sites on the Internet which are devoted to my films. This one is not meant to compete with them.
My desire to establish an official website was merely to offer a few of my own stories about my life, my films and my philosophy. I hope that these anecdotes will be able to answer many of your questions.
However, if you have other questions for me, you can use this website to write to me. Although I will not be able to reply to all of your letters personally, I will be choosing a few of the most interesting questions to answer here on a weekly basis.
I believe it is important to use new technologies to communicate and share.
To my fans: I am very grateful to you for the overwhelming support you have given to me throughout the years. I promise to continue working hard to make better movies for everybody.
You may notice that this website is organized around a series of verbs.
OBSERVE, EXPLORE, MEDITATE, VISUALIZE, STRIVE, ACQUIRE, FOCUS, BALANCE.
These words should be familiar to all true students.
I hope that this website will not only satisfy your curiosity, but also awake your thirst for new knowledge. Take responsibility for your own learning. Keep striving--there is always more to learn.
